The time has finally come!! Our spring trip itinerary will be on this page this week. This years trip will be Florence and Rome. Spots will go quickly so contact us through e-mail if you're interested.

Every year Billy takes multiple trips to Italy to collaborate with other chefs in various regions. Over the last 12 years our patrons have expressed the desire to go on these trips with Billy. Now they can. Billy is offering to plan private trips for intimate groups who would like to go. These custom trips include:
Private Cars & Drivers
Private Tours with a multi-lingual historian
Intimate Dinners
Exclusive visits and/or stays at Cantinas (wineries) and Olivetis (olive groves). etc.....
The details of the upcoming trips will be posted on this page including: Destinations, Tours, Flights, Hotels, Day Trips and of course Food and Wine. Trips are limited to 10 - 12 people to make it a more intimate experience of Italy. Unlike other planned trips to Italy you are under no pressure to participate in any event, if you choose to spend a day shopping or just seeing Italy at your own pace you are more than welcome to do so. This is a non-pressure, relaxing affair and should be treated like a special vacation. This upcoming trip will be posted soon. The details of the upcoming Italy trips will be posted here several months prior to the date of the excursion. Included will be the destination, hotel, flight and tour information. Look over the details and decide if this is the trip you'd like to go on. If this is not a part of Italy you want to see or an area you have already been you can join us on another trip at a later date. We appreciate your interest and look forward to traveling with you!
