For over 20 years Billy has been asked, begged and bribed for some of his recipes. He has decided to give cooking classes to teach everything from homemade mozzarella to braised rabbit to delicate stuffed zucchini flowers.

Itinerary
Classes will be held two Sundays every month. The actual class will begin at 10:00 am and end at 3:00 pm. The day will start by welcoming you with espresso, cappuccino and pastry. Billy will assign a kitchen station to you and you will be given a card with the dish you & a partner will be preparing that day. You will learn all the dishes prepared that day. Mid day a little antipasti and wine and then back to work. At 3:30 a table is set and you and your class can enjoy the fruits of your labor and knowledge at a sit down dinner complete with wine and coffee and hot zeppolis. You will leave with all the recipes and a shopping list for each dish with our blessing. We look forward to sharing an awesome day with you.

We would like to thank everyone for the overwhelming response to our cooking classes. Classes will be suspended until March due to Italy trips in January and February. We look foward to seeing you when they resume.

Classes are $200.00 per person and gift cards for them can be purchased on our gift card page. From the calendar above you will be able to see all classes, check the availability and sign up for the class that offers the dishes you would like to learn. Full classes will be repeated to give everyone the opportunity to take part in ALL the dishes offered.
